On Friday we spent 9 hours at the Great Minnesota Get Together. We had a great time and said over and over how much easier it was to be there this year than it was a year ago. We took this family pic when we arrived, Leah failed to show her excitement to be at the fair.
Both kids went down the big slide with me. One child wasn't so sure about how fun it was while another was sure it was not something to repeat in the near future.
In the afternoon Ang and Leah enjoyed the parade while Evan caught a quick nap.
We ate mini donuts and stopped by the dairy barn for ice cream. Both kids enjoyed a cone and ice cream covered Ev turned many heads and recieved many smiles. We heard more than one person say, "Oh..look at that little guy!" One stranger even took a pic on his phone of ice cream faced Evan.
After that we wowed Evan in the cow barn..he would have stared in awe for hours if we had let him. From there we stopped by the Kidway for some rides and met up with Grandpa and Papa too so they could see a few smiles.
