Quick test. What is wrong with this picture? If you said "he is only wearing one shoe" you would be correct. You would also be more observant than me. Like I mentioned in yesterday's post Evan likes shoes.
Now for the story. Last night, I remember Ev sitting over by the shoes and seeing him put on the black croc and thinking "He put it on the correct foot. Huh, that croc sure blends in with his pajamas."
I moved on to other things and apparently it blended better than I thought. After he put it on we went on to books, good night kisses, and me putting him in his crib. Then at 5a when he gets his morning milk. I again, didn't notice that he was wearing a shoe.
We hadn't noticed that diddle diddle dumpling went to bed with one shoe off and one shoe on until we pulled him out of his crib at 7a.
